The new owners of this beach condo wanted a complete “market ready” makeover.  The property was being turned into an Airbnb and our Client asked us to create a cozy, relaxing, coastal property.  From drywall repair, fresh paint/colors, new updated lighting and ceiling fans, faucets, flooring, appliances, to the final touches of new furnishings and accessories, we exceeded their expectations. In addition, we also switched all doorknobs and  hinges from brass to brushed nickel, and all receptacles and switches were changed out from almond to white. We had such a fabulous time creating a new, updated coastal design for this property.  Remember colors, size and proper placement of furnishings matter.  Hire an expert for professional, proven results.
